Due to safety concerns over COVID 19, returns and how they will be processed will be dealt with on a case by case basis, especially if we are picking up items at your home.
Items brought to the store can likely be sterilized immediately so staff can handle them for instant processing of returns. If staff is not confident an item can be handled safely it will be quarantined for up to 4 days. Items will not be processed until after quarantine.
Returned items picked up at a customer’s house will be bagged or sequestered upon pickup and then quarantined for up to 4 days to ensure staff safety. These returns will not be processed until after quarantine.
